Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and who else touches it. Written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version. We collect what's needed to take your money and get you a parcel. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete it and we will.
What we collect
| You give us | Name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, order history. If you write to support, whatever's in that message. |
| Automatically | IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site. |
| We never see | Your full card number. It goes directly to our payment processor. |
Why
- To take payment and ship your order
- To handle returns and answer support
- To send marketing email — only if you opted in, and you can leave from any email
- To understand which pages work, in aggregate
- To meet legal obligations, including adverse-event records required under MoCRA
Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising pixels can count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state laws. You can opt out here.
Cookies and pixels
Essential cookies keep your cart working and can't be turned off. Analytics and advertising cookies can be declined in the consent banner when you first arrive, and changed at any time from the same banner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and a growing list of others — you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop sharing it for targeted advertising
To stop sharing for targeted advertising, use the opt-out page or decline advertising cookies in the consent banner. For any other request, email privacy@prettycoded.com. We'll confirm within 15 business days and act within 45. We won't charge you or treat you differently for asking.

Children
This site isn't intended for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
