Shipping policy

United States only for now. One to two days to leave our warehouse, three to seven in transit.

Rates

Over $35	Free standard shipping
Under $35	Flat rate, calculated at checkout
Sales tax	Added at checkout where applicable

Timing

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same or next day. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday go out Monday.

Processing	1–2 business days
Transit	3–7 business days
Total	Typically 4–9 business days from order to door

Holiday periods and severe weather add time. We'll say so on the site when it happens rather than let you guess.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment the label is created. If the label exists but nothing has scanned in 48 hours, the parcel is usually still sitting at the carrier — write to us and we'll chase it.

If something goes wrong

Lost	No movement for 10 business days: we send a replacement.
Damaged	Send a photo within 30 days of delivery. Replacement, no return needed.
Wrong address	Write within an hour of ordering and we'll try to catch it before the label prints.
Marked delivered, not there	Check with neighbours and the mailroom first, then write to us. We'll replace it once.

International

Not yet. The product is registered for the US market and we'd rather not ship into places where the labelling doesn't meet local rules. When that changes, it'll be announced by email.
