Terms of service
The rules of buying from us. Shorter than most, because most of it doesn't need saying.
Who we are
This store is operated by Pretty Coded LLC, a Florida limited liability company, at 129 NW 26th St Apt 304, Miami, FL 33127. Using this site means you accept these terms.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We may decline or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock we don't actually have — and we refund in full when we do.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We can change prices at any time, but never after you've paid.
Product information
Required disclosure. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is a cosmetic and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We publish the full ingredient list and the documented concentration of the active. We try hard to keep colours, descriptions and figures accurate, but screens differ and formulas can be updated — the box in your hand is the authority.
This product is not for use in the eye area. Read the carton before use.
Buying through AI assistants
Our products can be discovered and bought through AI shopping assistants. Wherever the purchase completes, Pretty Coded LLC remains the seller, these terms apply, and our returns and privacy policies apply unchanged.
Using this site
The text, photography, logo and design here are ours. Don't republish them as your own. You're welcome to quote a sentence with a link, and creators are welcome to film the product however they like.
Don't attempt to break, scrape at volume, or interfere with the site.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for anything that can't legally be limited.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, and the courts of Miami-Dade County have jurisdiction.
